There was something reassuring about seeing Travis Head walk to the wicket today and something deeply satisfying about his first boundary. The ball presented itself on a good length, he gave it that sort of short arm jab reminiscent of Bruce Lee’s famous one-inch punch and sent the the Kookaburra at speed to the boundary amid a flurry of feathers and flailing fielders.
